Welcome to Training Pathways! 
Founded by Rachel Ainsley, Training Pathways was born out of Rachel's extensive experience running pubs and her passion for high quality training. After experiencing first hand the limitations of poor quality training in the hospitality industry, Rachel was inspired to make a difference.  She pursued her education and training qualifications and began developing her own teams.  From there, the business grew organically, expanding beyond hospitality into the education, transport, care and transport industries to name a few.
